Compliance Operations Tooling and Full-Stack Platform
For a regulated youth-services organisation, I built both the automation and the tooling needed to manage it safely. The platform they were on could only be edited through a limited web designer, which meant no version control, no review and no diffing. So I built a command-line tool that talks to its management API directly.

What I built
- A separate full-stack compliance web application with role-based access control across seven distinct staff roles, built to meet the organisation's regulatory data-handling obligations
- Automated absence detection and multi-channel escalation layered on top of their existing case-management workflow
