AI GTM Engineer

Signals in. Pipeline out.

I'm the engineer revenue leaders bring in when they want AI that produces pipeline, not a demo, built well enough to keep running after I've left.

Who I am

I build revenue systems that run without me.

I'm Muhammad Haris, an AI GTM engineer. I build the AI systems that find your buyers, research them, reach them at the right moment and keep them.

What makes me useful to a revenue leader isn't a tool list. It's that I understand what the number has to do, and I can build the machine that does it, to a standard where you can let it run.

What I bring to every engagement

I speak revenue and code.
I can sit in a pipeline review in the morning and ship the fix in the afternoon.
I build the whole system.
Signal, research, outreach, conversion, retention and the data underneath, wired together so every stage hands clean data to the next.
Production or nothing.
Real data from the first week, evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and a person in the loop wherever a mistake would reach a customer.
Haris is one of the best developers [I] have worked with, incredibly responsive and managed to help guide me to the most efficient workflows and techniques to deliver my project. I would recommend him to any other mid-market or enterprise companies as he has been very reliable and effective.Client

I don't sell AI. I sell pipeline that happens to run on AI.

What makes me different

Systems, not workflows.
Every engagement is end to end: the data, the agents, the CRM and the reporting. Nothing is handed over half-connected.
Agents where judgment helps. Plain code where mistakes cost money.
AI reads, researches and decides what deserves attention. Deterministic logic handles anything that touches a price, a send or a customer record.
A production standard most GTM work never reaches.
Evaluations, guardrails, strict output formats on every AI step, human approval before anything sensitive reaches a customer, and monitoring once it's live.
Revenue first, tools last.
I start from where pipeline leaks and work back to the build. The stack is chosen to fit the problem, never the other way round.
I build real software.
AI platforms with hybrid retrieval, evaluation pipelines and bank-grade security, not just connected SaaS tools.
I've built where the stakes are highest.
Bank data, regulated compliance and multi-tenant platforms. If a system can be trusted with a customer's money, it can be trusted with your pipeline.

If it can't run unattended, it isn't finished.

I'm not an automation person who picked up some AI, and I'm not an AI researcher who has never sat in a pipeline review. I'm not an agency, and I don't hand work to juniors.

The person you talk to is the person who builds it, and the person who answers when it needs attention.

Point of view, in my own words

  • Cheap sources first. Expensive ones only when they earn it.
  • No agent talks to a prospect without a guardrail.
  • The best outbound looks like value arriving before the pitch.
  • Pipeline is pipeline. Revenue is revenue. I never confuse the two in a report.

Five stages of the revenue engine.

Most GTM help covers one piece. I build across all five, and I connect them so data flows from the first signal to the renewal.

I get inside the revenue team, then I build.

I sit with the people doing the work.

Sales, marketing, support, ops. I watch how a lead really moves through the company, not how the playbook says it does, and I learn the manual steps nobody has written down.

I find where revenue leaks.

The handoff that drops leads. The research nobody has time for. The quote that takes a day. The customer who leaves without anyone asking why. That is where the build starts.

I rebuild the process as a system.

Agents for the judgment, plain code for the money, and a person in the loop wherever a mistake would reach a customer. I design it so it keeps running when I'm not in the room.

I ship into production, not a demo.

Real data, real customers, from the first week. Then I watch it: monitoring, evaluation, and fixes before anyone has to report a problem.

I hand it over so your team owns it.

Documented, explained and understood by the people who will live with it. I stay close until it runs without me, and I'm a message away when it matters.
